Join us as we learn an amazing recipe and helpful kitchen tips, combining fresh spring greens to create a unique gazpacho! This is a spicy or flavoured soup that is usually made from chopped raw vegetables (often tomato, onion, pepper, and cucumber) and is served cold. Gazpacho is great served with rosemary bread, and will pair well with a light white wine during those hot summer months!
$20.00 (for owners); or $25.00 (general price) You can pay this online (bit.ly/cookingwithspringgreens) or pre-pay at the store!
